At PawSential, customer satisfaction is important to us. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition.
  • Be returned in the original packaging.
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and components.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
